What we collect
Your name, address, phone number and email when you book or enquire, plus job photos (before and after) that we send to you and may use to show our work.
Why we collect it
To schedule cleans, text you before a visit, send invoices, notify you when a clean is done, and run your AGC Club account, points and referrals. We never sell your data.
Where it lives
Contact details are stored in our booking and invoicing systems. WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp. We keep records only as long as needed for bookings, guarantees and tax.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email info@aquaglazeexteriorcleaning.co.uk and we'll sort it quickly.
House photos
If you'd rather your before and after photos never appear in our gallery or social media, just say so, no problem at all.
