When you fill in Liam's booking form your rewards account is set up for you. Getting into it takes seconds.
- Your login It is the mobile number or email you gave on the booking form. Nothing new to remember.
- Your starter password The first word of your street plus your house number. A home at 14 Ercall Gardens would be Ercall14. Liam can remind you any time.
- Log in above Pop your details into the members box at the top of this page and you are straight into your rewards.

What is inside the Club
It works like a shop's points card, without the card. Every clean earns points you can spend on money off and free cleans, and the account keeps everything else in one place.
🏆 Points, then rewards
You collect 100 points for every clean, 50 more when the payment goes through on time and 150 for any extra service you add. Bigger one-offs land too: 300 for your first clean, 500 for setting up a Direct Debit, 1,000 when three friends have booked.
Spend them on £5 off, a free gutter check, a free window clean and up. Reaching the total unlocks a reward for good, so you can take the small one every few months or save for a big one.

How do I log in to my Aqua Glaze Club account?
Use the members box at the top of this page. Your login is the mobile number or email you booked with, and your starter password is the first word of your street plus your house number. You can change both once you are inside.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
No problem. Text or WhatsApp Liam on 07375 772004 and he can remind you of your starter login and password. If you have already set your own private password, he will simply reset you back to the starter one so you can get in and choose a new one.

Does the Club cost anything?
No. Joining the Aqua Glaze Club is free and staying in it is free. You earn points simply by being a regular window-cleaning customer, and they never expire.
