2. Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured for all the services we provide, ensuring peace of mind for both our customers and our team.
3. How do I book a service?
You can book directly through our website or contact us via phone, text, WhatsApp, or email. For window cleaning, please note that the date you select is a preferred date, and we will confirm when we are next in your area.
4. How do I pay?
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash. For convenience, we prefer card payments through our website. Payments should be made within 3 days of the service being completed.
5. What happens if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If we arrive and are unable to complete the job due to access issues, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
6. Do you offer one-off cleans?
For window cleaning, we prioritize regular customers on monthly or bi-monthly schedules, but we do offer one-off cleans depending on availability. Other services like roof cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter clearing can be booked as one-off services.
Window Cleaning FAQs
7. What method do you use for window cleaning?
We use a pure water-fed pole system, which provides a streak-free finish and ensures a safer, more effective clean. Unlike traditional methods that use a bucket and squeegee, our system removes all dirt and rinses with purified water, preventing residue buildup.
8. Why does the water dry on the windows?
Our purified water dries naturally without leaving streaks or spots because it contains zero minerals or contaminants. Unlike tap water, which leaves marks due to limescale and other impurities, our water is treated to 0 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids).
9. Can I request traditional window cleaning with a squeegee?
We primarily use the water-fed pole system for exterior cleans. However, we do use traditional methods for interior window cleaning.
10. Do you clean window frames and sills?
Yes! Every window clean includes glass, frames, sills, and doors as standard.
11. Can you clean skylights and Velux windows?
Yes, but roof access may be required for some skylights, which may involve an additional charge.
12. Do I need to be home for the clean?
Not at all! As long as we have access to your windows (e.g., gates are unlocked), we can complete the clean and notify you afterward.

13. How do you clean gutters?
We use a powerful gutter vacuum system to safely remove debris from gutters. This eliminates the need for ladders in most cases, making the process safer and more efficient.
14. Why is regular gutter cleaning important?

No! We carefully select the best method based on your roof type. Pressure washing is only used on suitable roofs, while scraping and soft washing are gentler alternatives.
19. Do you need scaffolding for roof cleaning?
In most cases, we use scaffolding or safety harnesses to ensure safe working at height.
20. Will cleaning my roof prevent moss regrowth?
Yes! Biocide treatment helps prevent moss regrowth for several years, keeping your roof cleaner for longer.
21. Will you clean up the mess afterward?
Absolutely! After cleaning the roof, we clear all mess, clean gutters, and wash down windows and doors to leave your property spotless.

22. What surfaces can you clean with pressure washing?

23. Will pressure washing damage my patio or driveway?
No, we adjust the pressure based on the surface type to ensure a thorough clean without causing damage.
24. Do you re-sand block paving after pressure washing?
Yes! If your driveway or patio has block paving, we recommend re-sanding after cleaning to stabilize the joints and prevent movement.
25. How long will my patio/driveway stay clean?

26. Do I need to be home for the clean?
