Card (preferred), bank transfer or cash. Payment due within 3 days of completion.
Please give at least 24 hours notice. No access on the day may incur a 50% charge.
Regular window cleaning = no one-offs. All other services (gutter, roof, driveway, etc.) are available as one-offs.

Hot purified water-fed pole system - 100% streak-free, no chemicals, no ladders on your property.
It's 100% pure water (0 TDS). It dries naturally leaving no spots or residue - unlike tap water.
We use water-fed poles for exterior cleans. Traditional squeegee method is used for internal window cleaning.
Yes - glass, frames, sills and doors are all included as standard.
Yes - extra charge may apply depending on height and access.
No - just leave gates unlocked and we'll text when finished.

Blocked gutters cause leaks, damp and structural damage. We recommend at least once a year.
Yes - full fascia, soffit and gutter exterior cleaning available.
We'll let you know and can often carry out minor repairs at extra cost.
Roof Cleaning FAQs
Biocide soft washing, manual scraping + biocide, or low-pressure washing - we choose the safest method for your roof.
No - we carefully select the correct method. No high-pressure on fragile tiles.
Sometimes - we use scaffolding or safety harnesses when required.
Yes - biocide treatment keeps moss away for several years.
Absolutely - full site clean-up, gutters cleared and windows washed down.
Pressure Washing & Patio Cleaning FAQs
Driveways, patios, paths, decking, brickwork - anything outside!
No - we adjust pressure to suit the surface.
Yes - highly recommended after cleaning (quoted separately).
Usually 12-18 months depending on surroundings and weather.
No - just give access and water supply if needed.
